Summary
In this session, originally released during CDHA’s 2021 Virtual Conference, Bob draws upon his life, investigative, and
leadership experiences (including his police roles as an undercover hitman and organized crime boss), weaving stories
and valuable information together in a powerful way. Examining psychological safety through three lenses (performance,
mental health, and legal), Bob raises awareness of the issues of workplace bullying and provides prevention strategies
for individuals and organizations alike. Harassment and bullying in the workplace are emotionally, financially, and
reputationally destructive, yet they continue. It takes the combination of knowledge and courage to effectively address
and eliminate psychological harm in the workplace.
